INFORMATION :: Rates PLEASE NOTE: UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE FOR WEDDINGS We at Swallow Creek Ranch want to help make your special event as wonderful as possible. With this in mind, our package offers unrivaled flexibility. This includes access to the ranch for planning purposes. We book only one event per weekend so you have stress free use of the ranch starting at 3pm the day before your event and ending at 12 noon the following day. The rate for renting Swallow Creek Ranch is $3,000 for up to 100 guests, $3,500 for 100 to 200 guests, or $4,000 for between 200 to 250 guests. Two-hundred and fifty guests is the maximum capacity. A $500 deposit is required to reserve a particular date. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the balance due. A refundable damage and cleaning deposit of $250 is required with final payment. Security deposit will be refunded to the renters within one week of the event.
